We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us detailed photos of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following:

Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit which will be valid for 6 months from the date of its issuance. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns that are damaged, altered, tag-less or mishandled, or different from your photos will not be accepted. Customer will have to forfeit the charges paid on the goods. Goods once returned will not be sent back to the customer if found damaged.

We take great efforts to put in the details of dimensions and weight of every product. Please note, we strictly do not exchange products based on the reasons that it's too long or too heavy.

We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit.

No exchanges/No returns/No refunds is our policy.

Please do not courier the product to us without receiving express authorisation from Adrisya after you have emailed us the photographs of the damaged goods. We will not offer any replacement in such a case. Personalized/handmade orders and items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only.

International Return Shipment Process

We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable.
