We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
1. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in the package and address it to the following: Adrisya, 1102 Cypress Bldg, Marigold Complex, Kalyani Nagar, Pune 411014, Maharashtra, India.
3. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit which will be valid for 6 months from the date of its issuance.
4. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
5. We take great efforts to put in the details of dimensions and weight of every product. Please note, we strictly do not exchange products based on the reasons that it's too long or too heavy.
6. We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit.
7. No exchanges/No returns/No refunds is our policy for SALE items.
8. Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from Adrisya. We will not offer any replacement in such a case.
9. Personalized/handmade orders and items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only.

Local Return Shipment Process
To return your order, include the original invoice in your package. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are at your cost. Please email us at email@example.com and we will give you the address to return it to.
