1. Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information in the order form. Telephone number is must for all countries.

2. Adrisya will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

3. All prices are in Indian Rupee (INR), payable to “Adrisya” at par in Maharashtra,India.

4. All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, Adrisya is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards.

5. Customised Designing takes up to 4 weeks for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 2-4 weeks, Adrisya will inform the customer at the earliest.

6. While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography limitations. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on a computer screen against the actual colour of the piece received.

7. We shall not give any refund, returns, replacement & exchange for reason of delay caused due to the courier agency or customs clearance process. We will follow-up with courier agency to get the update about the Customs clearance status for you. We shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment and any related fines/penalties.

8. VAT, Custom Taxes, Import Duties vary according to the rules of different countries and are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government & must be paid directly by the customer.

9. All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.

10. All transactions are subject to Maharashtra, India jurisdiction only.

11. As most items are custom made, refunds or exchanges cannot be entertained.

12. Designs and prices are subject to change without notice.

13. The prices featured in adrisya.in are exclusive of free shipping charges by speed post or domestic courier service. Domestic Express & International Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer’s destination location / country.

14. We take every good care to ship the orders in good condition. However, the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.
